Thanks for reading and replying, Eddie. I haven't experienced that with my openDM1801 (nor with my openGD77). Have you tried re-uploading the firmware?

I have since sold my openDM1801 (too many radios!) but I have kept two opengd77 radios -- one as my home hotspot and another for portable use.

So far, it has been stable.
